//Business Listing - Terms and Conditions
  1. The Deerpath Subdivision Web-based Business Listing ('Listing') is a free service offered by Deerpath Homeowners' Association ('Association') for residents ('Resident') of Deerpath Subdivision, Wonder Lake, Illinois ('Subdivision').

  2. A Resident of the Subdivision is any person owning real property ('Lot') in the Subdivision.

  3. Entries in the Listing are limited to current Residents of the Subdivision and to one entry per Lot.

  4. When a Resident sells his/her Lot in the Subdivision, his/her entry is deleted from the Listing.

  5. The Listing is available to both home-based and non-home-based businesses.

  6. The Listing is provided at no cost to the Resident.

  7. Entries in the Listing are limited to one entry per resident.

  8. The Resident is solely responsible for his/her entry, its accuracy, and its content.

  9. The Resident may, at any time, remove his/her entry from the business directory by clicking the 'De-List' button on the Business Listing Menu page on the Association web site.

  10. The Association Board reserves the right to remove any entry that, in the Board's sole discretion, is deemed inappropriate.

  11. The Association makes no warranties, explicit or implied, with regard to any business listed in this directory.

  12. THE LISTING IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS', 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS AND BOTH THE PROVIDER OF THE SERVICES AND THE ASSOCIATION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
